It all started when…
The Berkeley Turkish School parents were waiting in the school yard while their children were in classrooms. Under the leadership of our volunteer Folk Dance Teacher Mehmet Unal, we began training weekly. Since then, together we have been having some serious fun. Dancing, exercising and laughing a lot is our motto. We are a team of volunteer folk dancers and are happy to dance at your events in exchange for donations to Bay Area Turkish Society.
PLEASE NOTE THAT OUR FOLK DANCES ARE CANCELLED WE WILL BE UPDATING OUR CALENDAR IF THERE ARE ANY CHANGES AND WHEN WE BEGIN OUR GATHERINGS SAFELY.
