SPRING 2017 ONLINE REGISTRATION FORM

By submitting this registration form you acknowledge that you will be responsible for paying the tuition for the entire semester. Tuition is $120 per month. Each semester has 4 months.

Upon submitting this registration form, you will receive an electronic invoice from Kinderlime, an online software platform our school is using this semester for billing. Kinderlime will also provide directions on how you can set up your monthly payments. Based on your preference, your payments could be either automatically deducted from your bank account or your credit card for a fee.  If you prefer to submit your payment via check or cash for the full tuition, you may do so during our open house registration on January 22nd, 2017. 

We are requesting that you to fill out one registration form per student. So, for siblings, we request a separate registration form entry per student.
